All the embroidery work on all of our products are handwork and done by seasoned artisans. Whereever product is not handmade, it will be clearly mentioned.
The foundation of Noorkasni is based on the core principle "CARE". Every product goes through various stages of quality check and still any concern on our product, we have no question asked policy to get the return and initiate refund. From ordering to shipping, packaging, delivering, you will find "CARE" aspect in every interaction with us.
Please go through the product specifications on product detail page as different products require different care. However in general , we recommend hand wash in cold water with mild detergents and dry clean only for our product for better product life.
A size chart is attached on every product page but while ordering please consider some margin.


For online payments mode ,the shipping charges are free subject to minimum order amount. Most of our product falls under free shipping only.

Cash on delivery(COD), option is available for order value less than 3000. Our shipping charges are very nominal across India.

During add to cart and checkout journey , the applicable shipping charges will be visible.

We aim to delivery within 7 working days.

For international orders, we aim to deliver in 07 working days but delay may occur due to operational reasons or custom clearance which is beyond our control

We accept online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking and UPI. Cash on delivery (COD) is accepted for orders under INR 2999.

However, if product is already shipped then it can not be cancelled. It can be returned. Please visit our return policy for details
