Return-Refund-Exchange policy

In India:

  • Buyer must raise return request within 5 days of delivery
  • Return pick up will be taken care by us.

Outside India;

  • Buyer must raise return request within 14 days of delivery
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs clearance is beyond our control.
  • Shipment charges are not refundable. 


  • Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Shipment charges are not refundable. 

Wrong product received or damage product received:

  • Please make the video while opening the parcel and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged  or wrong product received along with video. The video is prerequisite to claim the refund.

 There is limit to the number of items which can be returned from each order. Below table summarize the same.

** Any product combo is considered one time. Example if any product combo having one kurti and bottom then it will be considered as 1 item.


Return charges for India based order:

    • Free return.
    • Please write back at for return and we will initiate return request in system and align the logistic to pick up the parcel.

      Return charges for Outside India (International) order:

      • Buyer is responsible to arrange return and pay the return postage costs
      • please email at from your registered email address for any queries / support.
      • Shipment charges are not refundable.


      Post receiving the product and passing the below parameters, refund will be initiated.

      • Item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
      • Please share the video while opening the parcel. This is pre-requisite for where reason for refund is wrong /damage/used product received:

      The amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days and same will be notified to you.

      Sometime, it may take more time depending upon your bank or credit card company in processing and refunding .

      Sale Items are not eligible for return/refund.

      Promotional items:

      Promotional items are not eligible for return, refund and exchange.
